  • Rope options include 1" or 1.5" ProManila with optional braided splice detailing
  • Cushion options include two or three back cushions
  • Customer's own material (COM) available.
  • Cushion detailing options include knife edge or welted (contrast piping available)
  • Custom paint finishes available. Select from options or request a custom color match.

Please note: custom paint finishes add approximately 2 weeks to standard shipping time. Custom cushion orders typically range from 3–4 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivered via LTL freight carrier (signature required)
  • Delivery appointment scheduled during transit
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for delivery

Cushion Care

  • Store indoors during heavy rain or extended periods of non-use
  • Allow cushions to fully dry before storing

Hanging & Safety

  • Inspect ropes and hardware periodically for balance and security
  • Install into structural beams, not decorative trim
  • Professional installation recommended for safety and stability
